ARE.NA WORKSHOP
In the fall of 2023, there was a buzzing urge for designers in Toronto to have a sense of community again.
Collaborating with Brian Sholis, the two of us being self-proclaimed are.na nerds, felt we wanted to host a workshop for local graphic designers and community members to celebrate a more creative and collaborative internet. The workshop had 40+ guests make collages reflecting as a type of self-portrait. In the 3 hours time span, we designed and created, then turned the images into an on the spot printed & bound zine for everyone to take home. These snapshots show some of the moments of the workshop itself.
